Hi all. Hoping someone can help
I have tried everything to connect my versa 3 back to my phone but it just won’t work.
I’ve reset the Bluetooth on the phone, turned everything on and off, uninstalled the app, deleted the device from my phones Bluetooth, absolutely everything. I’ve even installed the app on my iPad and my kids phone but it just isn’t connecting to anything!
My Fitbit is 2 years old. Is there anything I can do to fix it, I’m presuming it’s the Fitbit that’s had it.
I’ve tried looking for a way to update the Fitbit itself but I’m not sure if that’s even a thing I’m supposed to do.

Thanks for sharing every step that you've tried so far with your Versa 3. To work on this, may I know what error message is displayed when trying to sync? Did you make sure to turn off the Bluetooth on other devices nearby?
I understand you've tried troubleshooting your watch, but please make sure to exhaust the suggestions described in this help article to get your watch syncing.
