Versa 4 sync iphone

I have versa 4 and app on iOS 17 and most of the stats don’t show until I manually sync literally 3 times a day. Last sync was at 15:00 and now it didn’t show the weather details - sync required. Find phone not available- sync required. 
I had a first versa before and was much MUCH better than versa 4.

Thank you for providing the details regarding the inconvenience that you are experiencing with Versa 4. 

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this difficulty. Please try the following in the order listed:

• Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
• Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
• Force quit the Fitbit app.
• Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
• Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
• Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
• Set up your Versa 4.
• If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.
• Once your Versa 4 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

Please, try to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I have only one device connected which is the versa 4 via Bluetooth and at least 3 times a day I receive a notifications “do not forget to sync your data” and without it the weather is not displayed and just the notification itself is annoying. The first versa had not only more options but internet connection itself and never had an issue with the syncing. 
to be honest it was much better watch than 4…

Hello I have had the same exact issues with the versa 4. My messages have never come through it! I went back to my versa 2 and now they are not syncing either. SMH. I will have to go back my apple watch but I hate the battery on that one. SMH
