App and versa 4 have been struggling to sync, when they do sync, some of my burned calories magically disappear and put me at a lower number. I’ve been getting real frustrated with Fitbit lately.

I’m having a similar problem! My versa 3 hasn’t synced with the app since Thursday and it’s really frustrating!
I’ve tried everything - Bluetooth on and off, forget device and reconnect, phone on and off, device on and off, tried logging in on a computer, deleted app and reinstalled, updated phone software, app updated!
nothing works!

Having exact same problem…. After hours of doing the same things you did, it finally worked, now when I looked at it, completely blank, can’t get anything now?
