I have a Versa 4, fully charged and synced, yesterday (11/09/2023) the time was correct but later during the evening it read 11:42 when the time was 6:00 pm. The time was displayed incorrectly even the next morning, 11:42. It was synced again, the correct time zone too. How do I get the correct time?.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tx734. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 time was displayed incorrectly.
Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

What I’ve noticed is if you’re using a watch face with the Versa 4 or Sense 2 that say “not optimized” from the gallery it can cause all kinds of issues. Even though the gallery allows you to down load the watch faces they may not work correctly.
its best to stick with the ones that don’t doesn’t warn it’s not optimized.
