My versa 4 won’t also recieve any notifications during the day. When i shut the watch down and turn it on, sometimes it’s recieving something but when it’s a little bit later it’s gone. I’m getting a little bit sick of it. Please help me with this problem. Turning every thing off and on is not the way how it works.

I recommend you to sync once every 2 hrs. Also make sure that Fitbit has access to all permissions, to check either use the needed from the Fitbit app, or go to settings for full access.

@Marcel0802 I've moved your post to the Versa 4 board so we can keep the forums organized. I understand where you're coming from and thanks for every step tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, did you made sure to turn off the DND or Sleep Mode on your watch? Please note these settings will prevent you from getting any alert if they're turned on. To check this, swipe down from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings, and tap a setting to adjust it.
In addition to @SunsetRunner's advice, I'd recommend checking and exhausting the tips described in this help article. Please keep in mind there are certain requirements when using an iOS device.

Hello Lizzy sleepmode and dnd is never on. Sometimes it’s recieving most times not. I think that the bleutooth connextion is bad on the fb. Sometimes the fb cannot sync at all because the phone can’t find the fb

Thanks for getting back confirming the notifications settings on your watch. I'm sorry the issue persists and because your watch isn't syncing correctly in order to receive notifications, I'd recommend reconnecting it to the Fitbit app by doing the following:

I know exactly how you feel. Sadly, this is my third Versa that I have had. The first versa text messages stopped working. Nobody knew how to troubleshoot it. I had to go out and buy the versa 2 then those text messages stopped working & the same support where everyone follows the same cue cards. Nothing all circle talk.
So I just bought the Versa 4 (stupid) and that won’t even give me one text messages not even 1
I’ll get my calendars and calls but not a text message.
It’s very frustrating with support. And it’s frustrating because Google owns it and they’re a billion billion dollar company and they can’t even get tech-support correct to fix a simple text message issue. I get shipped around different countries to read me the notification cue card and sadly have a hard time understanding. I’ve had five different Fitbits in the last fifteen years. Annoyed! I need my head examined!

I have had this problem since I got my Fitbit. Have to restart it often. Having to sync a device I have set to sync automatically is ridiculous! I am so unhappy with my decision to get a Versa 4 last fall. So frustrating.

@Hanilu I went ahead to check your details and it seems our team already sent you an email with more information about your case. If you haven't done so, please check your spam and junk folders, and keep an open communication with them.
@rkwisc Just to confirm, are you having issues with the notifications, or also to get your watch syncing? If you're using more than one device, make sure to turn off the Bluetooth from the other one to prevent any interference with the connection. Because your post didn't mention, also confirm if you've tried the steps suggested above.
