It's like the bluetooth on the Versa isn't working. My iphone won't sense it (have NOT updated to 13.5), my computer won't sense it, and neither will the PC app.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @stgoff001. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I am sorry to hear that the Bluetooth on your Versa isn't working. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the additional details and would like to advise that the syncing issue with iOS 13.4.1 has been reported to our team and we're actively working on the fix. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution. Meanwhile, please try the following:
1. Go into your iPhone's Bluetooth menu
2. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device
3. Press Forget this device
4. Re-open the Fitbit app and re-bond your device.
Since you're using several devices to sync your Versa, make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it. For more information about syncing to several devices, see Can I sync my Fitbit device with more than one device?
You can find the complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
