Versa Disappeared & Won’t Sync

iPhone XR iOS 14.2 updated. About two weeks ago, it wouldn’t sync a workout. Had to mess w/ the Bluetooth several times before it would sync w/ the app. Two days ago, I noticed the time was way off. Had to do the same thing to get it to sync w/ my iPhone. Today, it would ‘time-out’ on trying to sync another workout. Messing w/ the Bluetooth wouldn’t fix it. Powering off the Versa & restarting wouldn’t work. Removed the Versa & tried to add it again. It says it found it, but just runs in a loop trying to connect but finally times out. I’ve tried several times to retry, but it isn’t going to connect.
This thing has been ‘babied’ its’ entire existence & is in great shape. I don’t understand WHY all of a sudden all of these issues. Our family uses a lot of Fitbit products & I don’t know what’s been going on over there lately for so many issues recently (Google buyout apathy?) but if Fitbit’s commitment to their products is over, let me know NOW so I can start shopping for a better product w/ support. Any suggestions would be much appreciated-

Fixed- took SIX attempts, but the Bluetooth finally connected & set up. It couldn’t find my WiFi, but that’s not a big issue for me. It connected & downloaded my workout from earlier. Hope I don’t have any more issues tomorrow...

Back to not syncing. Frustrating & tipping on the edge of being done 😡
