I have been trying to update my Versa LITE for 24 hours now. Bluetooth does not recognize it. The app tells me that it cannot update. I have tried EVERYTHING mentioned in other community help pages.
I have had my Versa LITE for about one month now. I bought this from Walmart with the warranty. Can I return it for a new one or do I need to call Fitbit?

I have the iOS app. When I try to set up my Versa LITE again, it says the the update is 100% but then gives me a message saying that the update failed. I have tried multiple times with the same results.
