Versa Lite keeps losing sync with iPhone

My versa lite keeping losing sync with iphone . It went off this morning I updated i phone and it came back on but now it has gone off again 😢

Still won’t sync on my phone - tried it all.  Still not connecting/syncing

Mine is doing the same thing and I’ve had it for less than 24 hours. I have done literally all the “troubleshooting” forums tell me to do and still nothing. I can’t get it to pair and it makes me want to pull my hair out.

@Vapoulter I am sorry to hear your device is not syncing with your phone. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Remove your Fitbit and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.
