Versa Lite won't sync to iPhone

Everything has been fine till today and for some reason Blue tooth in iPhone cannot find my verses lite. I have tried all the things like rebooting phone, turning Bluetooth on and off etc but still no joy

I am sorry to hear your Versa Lite stopped syncing with your iPhone. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help you. I recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

 

Please also do the following:

- Open Settings app on iPhone

- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'

- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned "On"
