I have just purchased a versa lite and it won’t update on iOS 13

I’m sorry you’re experiencing an issue. Can you please clarify your question so that I can better understand your situation? Are you trying to setup your new Versa lite? Are you having trouble syncing? 
😃 Please let me know a bit more details and please include your iOS type. (Example iPhone 6s, iPad Pro 11, etc)
