Versa & New Iphone 11

I got a new iPhone 11 today and was attempting to set up my Versa but it will not connect to the Bluetooth. I deleted the app, restarted Versa. Nothing helped. I went online and noticed that there was an issue with an IOS update which I am assuming I have. So, I logged out and then deleted the app, turned off my phone for 5 minutes, restarted phone, downloaded app, and also restarted the Versa. I cannot connect to bluetooth. Help please.

It connects fine to my old phone (iphone 6s)

Hi, @MistieLlew , it is possible that your old phone is the problem!  Go to your old phone and in the Bluetooth settings (not Fitbit app) remove/forget the Versa.  Then turn your old phone off and try again with your new phone.

Hopefully that will solve it.  Good luck!

@Julia_G THANKS! it worked but in a different way. I reset my old phone to factory settings and spouse uploaded all of his stuff. It is now syncing to my new phone! Thank you for your comment.

Hi, @MistieLlew , that’s grat that you have it working!  If you reset your phone to the factory settings, it did the same thing - removed your Fitbit from your old phone so that it was free to pair with your new one.
