Hi @Sharondod. It's great to see you in the Forums.
Thanks for letting me know about your Versa as well for your feedback about the new dashboard. While there isn't an option to return to the old dashboard, our team will continue working on the Fitbit app and overall environment to improve their functionality based on your comments. In regards to your Versa, do you see an error message when trying to sync? Have you also made sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version?
If you've not done so, please try the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your Versa to refresh its performance.
- Open the Fitbit app and log into your Fitbit account.
- Tap on your profile's picture > setup a device and choose your Versa.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and wait until its reconnected with your account.
Give it a try and let me know the outcome.

We updated and had the “turn on Bluetooth” message. But I went to Settings>Fitbit>Bluetooth and turned it back on and it worked just fine. No need to do all the uninstall/reinstall.
