I have the versa and it’s syncing to my iPhone8 plus! There is an update but I can’t get it to connect to WiFi and it won’t update through blue tooth either I’ve tried removing it from the app and I’ve tried resetting it I’ve even deleted the app and still no luck! Is my versa defective or is it just a glitch in the process! 😏

I am having the same issue. My Versa then has to be reset. Now my exercise modes won't show up. Love my Fitbit, but not happy with this latest update.

Glad to know I’m not the only one having trouble! So frustrating! I reset after trying to update and everything is still working except I occasionally get a clock face error and then I have to reset it again! I really like the versa

I haven’t used those functions yet so I’m not sure! But it seems this is going to be more frustrating the more functions I try to use! I’m thinking I should have just gotten and Apple Watch!

Hello @Misty69 and @Cindylouwho1881, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you've tried to update via WiFi and Bluetooth. Before you begin the firmware update, make sure your watch is plugged into the charger and in range of your Wi-Fi network during the update. For best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network. If you've never connected your watch to WiFi, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?. If your Versa is having trouble updating with WiFi, please try the following:
If the update fails, restart your mobile device and try to update again. If your Versa can't update over WiFi follow the on-screen instructions in the Fitbit app to update your watch over Bluetooth instead. Note that firmware updates over Bluetooth may take significantly longer to complete. If the Versa is having trouble updating through Bluetooth try the following:
@Cindylouwho1881, with the issues you're mentioning; tell me, have you updated the OS on your phone and the Fitbit app recently? If you haven't please do. If everything is updated I would like to suggest you to force-quit the app, then open it again and tap on your exercises. If you're still experiencing the same issue, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

My versa which I got yesterday 8/9/19 won't update at all. I've tried all your suggestions and nothing. I had it right next to the router, plugged in etc. Reset and restarted my phone and tablet and Versa. Still nothing. At least it's on my phone but not updated. The tablet it won't work on and it's compatible with the versa.
