Hi there, @Kroberts84.
Thanks for updating your iPhone. I'm sorry for the issues you're experiencing and to look into this, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Also, do you get an error message on the Fitbit app when trying to sync?
In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:
Once this is completed and your Fitbit device is syncing correctly, try using the Exercise app to track your activities. For some tips to get your Fitbit device connected to GPS, I'd recommend this help article.

It is a Versa. I have tried those steps multiple times no matter what I do it will not sync with my phone therefore I cannot use the GPS. I have to sync it with my android tablet because that is the only thing it will connect to most of the time. I have been trying to synced it now for 20 min and it won’t go. No othe Bluetooth in my home is on and it won’t work without a fight. Since it won’t sync the clock is 12 min slow right now. Over night it will be at least an hour behind so can’t use the alarm

Hello @Kroberts84
I see your able to connect to your tablet but not your mobile device (phone). Connecting your Versa to two separate Bluetooth connections can cause conflict/confusion. Try to turn off Bluetooth on your tablet to sync with your phone or reverse when you want to sync to your tablet. I’m not sure which mobile device you have. Can you look here to make sure your not experiencing a compatibility issue: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

I have an iPhone 11 running on iOS 15.5. Since my phone updated is when it stopped syncing. I have went as far as “forgetting device” from all Bluetooth connections. Deleting the app on everything and have done a factory reset. It still will not connect with my iPhone. I have done online chat and the call from the app. It will only work when it wants to with my android but doesn’t work at all with my iphone

Hello again @Kroberts84
I was unaware that you performed a factory reset. You didn’t mention that. When you perform a factory reset you needed to unpair your device first. Try this (make sure your tablet is turned off or the Bluetooth is disabled before proceeding) go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Fitbit Tracker and next to it, this symbol "!". Tap the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" or "Unpair". Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app,, tap your profile picture then scroll down and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device. Just follow the instructions as they come. When asked if you want to replace this device say yes.

Hi there, @Kroberts84. @SunsetRunner Thanks for your continued help.
@Kroberts84 Thanks for getting back with more details, as well as the steps tried on your own. I'm sorry your Versa is still not syncing connecting and because you mentioned to have an Android device, did you make sure to turn off the Bluetooth on that phone prior to using your iPhone? Also, as @SunsetRunner mentioned, did you try setting up your Versa as a new device using your iPhone?
If the issue persists even after trying those suggestions, my best advice is to get in touch with our Support team one more time so they can investigate your watch's behavior and see what can be done for you. Just click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.
