Versa keeps dropping Bluetooth connection

Same. Tried everything, repeatedly. Annoying. Otherwise I love the watch. But Bluetooth and synchronising is very important

Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with your Fitbit Versa and for all your troubleshooting efforts. Please note that a new version for the Fitbit app was released 3 days ago, so I suggest updating the Fitbit app and then try to sync. Additionally if you haven't done so, please review our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? You will find additional tips there and you can skip the ones that you already tried.

I have followed your suggestions and have repeatedly removed and restored the app and forgot this device from Bluetooth connections. My watch has not retained it’s Bluetooth connectivity for more than a day and for a long time not even a few hours. This is with my current and previous phones.

Hi Cindy,

I’m afraid all the suggestions have failed repeatedly. 
I would love to be able to link data to my phone. 
I especially would like to get notifications of calls and messages to my phone. 
Any advice is appreciated.
