I noticed last week that some of my exercise was not showing. Then no notifications. Did the updates on phone and Versa . Still can’t find device and won’t connect to Bluetooth. Now this morning my time is off about 45 minutes! I am tired of messing with this.

Nothing is fixed! It still won’t connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. The time is so far that I can no longer just wear it for steps! They blend into the next day because it is now more than 8 hrs off. I work on this everyday trying to connect it.it just cannot be found. I have wasted so much time and money on this item I think it’s time it was replaced. Not sure of warrant but have only had this about 9 months. Please help!
