Versa not connecting to iPhone se 2020

I cannot connect my

versa to my iPhone se 2020. 
-watch is charged and in cradle

-phone is charged 

-out of range of other Bluetooth devices

-deleted and reinstalled app

-versa is no longer connected to old phone 

-restarted phone 

-restarted bluetooth

 

help me please 😭😭
