Hi, my versa stopped to sync with my iphone. I searched the conversations here, and I already removed the device from fitbit app, removed device from iphone bluetooth, restarted iphone and versa, all day refresh at place. What else can I try?

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa stopped syncing with your iPhone. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. Since you've removed the device from the Fitbit app, please make sure your app is updated to the latest version and follow these steps:
1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
