Since March my Fitbit app will not open on my iPhone.  I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I have tried turning the phone off and then reinstalling the app too.   The app always just stops at the load screen which is white with the Fitbit logo.   Please help as I want to sync my charge 2 with my phone.   Thanks

I have an iPhone 6s and yes it is up to date with iOS 13.3. I believe
