Hello Fitbit Friends!
I just got my fitbit versa two days ago, and I LOVE it.
One peculiar issue though, is that I was getting notifications up until 5-6pm yesterday, and then all of a sudden everything stopped. Everything appears to be synced properly (notifications enabled in both Phone settings, and fitbit app, bluetooth set to always connected etc). I know that the notifications DO work, because I get notifications from other apps on my phone that are linked to my fitbit, but the fitbit will not pick up texts, calls, or emails. I have tried troubleshooting it by restarting the fitbit, switching notifications to off and then syncing, and then back on and syncing again. I've hit "forget this device" and have reconnected my fitbit entirely, and I have deleted and redownloaded the fitbit app. I have an iPhone 7. I was wondering what steps I could do next, and also, if there is an update or adjustments to the app being made that may be behind this issue that is not the fault of my fitbit or my phone.

Hi @7L6FRT —.
It is possible to turn off notifications from the Versa. To check (instructions from manual),
1. Press and hold the back button on your watch and swipe left until you reach the quick settings screen.
2. Tap Notifications to toggle then off or on.
If that wasn’t the issue, even though I think you’ve done a lot of the stuff in this help article, I would suggest going through it step by step with your watch and iPhone in front of you.
