New update caused my charge 2 to no longer sync and set up with my phone. I’ve tried all your steps, even went as far as deleting everything off of my phone and putting it back. Nothing. Very upset with all these issues everyone has been having with the older model fitbits since the update. Fix this please?

iPhone? Mine wont sync and Ive done everything I can think of to fix it.

Yeah mines an iPhone too, they haven’t even replied to me yet, guess we’re just supposed to wait for another update. Not something you would expect from “the #1 fitness app.”

Right!? My versa has been acting weird for a while, even worse since the update. I finally just factory reset it and uninstalled/reinstalled the app like a week before the update. Obviously im back to where I was before the update. Im less than thrilled at this point.

Not just a problem with older ones. I have inspire hr and it isn’t syncing sleep data to my iPhone until I fully close and restart the app each day. Also has changed all my exercises for some reason so they no longer tally with what I selected on the app. Assume the problems I am having are also due to the recent update

The biggest problem I have is that they won’t admit that the update has anything to do with the mistake, I’ve messaged with support service back and forth and their conclusion is that “there’s something wrong with my device and they need to know where and when I purchased my system”. I would feel much better if they just told me “hey, we **ahem**ed up with the update” rather than have me jump through all of there hoops. I’ve been fixing computers, cellphones, and programs for half a decade, I know when it’s the physical system communicating with the app with the update that’s causing a problem.
