Versa not syncing with iPhone 8 anymore

I’ve had my Versa connected and synced with my iPhone 8 for 1 day. Now I’m Bluetooth settings it appears to connect then drops off, back and forth. I don’t think it’s the Versa bc it was connected to my android just fine for a month before switching.  I’ve restarted both device and phone, nothing.

As of 12/7/19 my Versa no is longer syncing with my iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve made sure to updated the Fitbit app (there was no updated version), I made sure my phone was up to date (newest version IOS13.3), I’m at home so no other Bluetooth devices are messing with the syncing process, I’ve turned off Bluetooth waited and turned back on, I’ve had the watch on the charger so it was not a low battery, I’ve uninstalled are reinstalled the Fitbit app (not quite sure what you meant by hard shut down), I have followed all the steps given... REPEATEDLY. Nothing has worked. I really don’t want to lose my data because I need to track my heart rate and sleep. 
when I go into Bluetooth or the Fitbit app it shows nothing for the Versa or it says “No device found”. I’m extremely frustrated trying to fix this and really ca not understand how it went from working and syncing to not. PLEASE help

I'm having the same problems.  I'm about to send my Versa 3 back if this isn't resolved.  I've done everything and it won't connect to my iphone, but it connects to my ipad.  Never connects to both at the same time.
