I am having manny problems with my fit bit not sincing to my iPhone 6 it as done fine in the past but now manny problems my WiFi is running ok 4G is fine but no sincing comes up with can not find device constantly getting fed up now payed a lot of money for the fit bit not happy

Hi @Kaylamay. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that your Versa isn't able to sync and making sure to have a good internet connection. Your iPhone 6 is a compatible device and just to confirm, did you receive an error message when trying to sync?
If that's not the case, I'd suggest the following steps:
- Remove your Versa and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your watch.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture > Versa > Sync Now.
