Longtime Versa user - yesterday the device stopped syncing. I tried all of the suggestions. No luck. Finally as a last ditch I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it doesn’t let me log in (I can log into the dashboard so I know the password is correct.) I’ve done everything I have seen suggested... updates the app, updated iOS, phone off and on, Bluetooth off and on, deleted app, reinstalled app. Help!
Just started working... I could log in and the synching problem also resolved.... I did nothing new.
