Hi!
When I woke up this morning, my versa synced only partial data. From last night 9pm to this morning when I woke up, it didn't sync the heart rate, which means I'm not getting sleep data. It also didn't sync my steps during this time even though I definitely walked around last night.
It has been syncing from when I woke up to now.
Is there any way I can get the app to sync the earlier data? I've tried restarting the versa several times, turned off all day sync, and even deleted and re-installed the versa app on my iPhone. What to do now?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Nice way to go. I'm sorry that your information didn't sync during that time frame. While there isn't an option to sync previous information, since you've restarted your Versa I'd recommend to manually log the activity that was performed at that time. This way you'll get credit for those steps. Also, please keep an eye on your device, and feel free to let me know if this happens again.
