Versa unable to sync with iOS 13

Totally fed up and disappointed with Fitbit over this issue of my device not working since Ios13 was installed. I’ve tried ALL suggestions to get my device to sync and surely, as this seems to be affecting so many users, you have the ability to resolve it, it’s been going on now for too long.  You have certainly lost me and I wouldn’t recommend Fitbit to anyone.  I’ve lost a lot of money on this device, as it is now useless to me and I’ve got to buy another as I like the concept of what it does but I thought I’d bought the best, apparently not

Thank you for responding but as for the support team being involved I haven’t heard anything from them about this ongoing issue

As of today when I contacted support they have no intent on fixing the issue so basically if you have an iPhone notifications are no longer compatible with Fitbit very disappointed
