Versa unable to sync with iPhone XS Max.

I’ve just upgraded my phone to the iPhone xs max and now can’t connect my versa. Is this phone not compatible or am I doing something wrong. I’ve turned the versa on and off, the phone on and off and Bluetooth on an off and nothing is working for me

@AudraN thanks for taking the time to let us know your issue has now been resolved, we're glad to hear that. 

@jrdani5 if you're still having trouble with text Notifications on your Versa with your new phone, as you don't have your old phone at hand, please set up your Versa as a new device for it to establish a new Bluetooth link with your phone:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Give this a try and let us know the outcome!

Why? Fitbit says they are working on it but how long will it take? I got mine for Christmas and this is a major let down

I recently bought am XS Max and I cannot connect my Versa 2. I have tried all the instructions and suggestions I've seen in this thread and nothing has worked. I've restart my phone and the watch numerous times. I downloaded the app to a tablet and it wouldnt connect. I've completely deleted it from my old phone, reinstalled the app on my old phone and it wont connect there. Please advise.
