Versa won't connect to iPhone SE Bluetooth

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have  Versa.  I also have a new iPhone SE. Until yesterday, there were no problems between the fitbit app on my phone and my Versa.  Now, with both completely charged, the Bluetooth says “connection unsuccessful.” I am wearing the watch and holding the phone in my hand, so they couldn’t be much “closer!“ I have not attempted any resets or other methods.  I did get an update on the app & watch a few days ago.

please HELP -

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jgalilee.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa won't connect to your new iPhone SE. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  • Restart the phone.
  • "Forget" the device in the phone's Bluetooth settings (On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device) and then open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again.
  • Restart your Versa using this procedure: How do I restart my tracker?

You can find the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any questions.
