Versa won’t connect with to iPhone 6S

I’ve tried everything to help connect my new versa to my new iPhone 6s and it is still not detected. Is my Bluetooth out of date or what is the problem? I don’t know what else to do. I’ve tried restarting, reinstalling the App, disconnecting and reconnecting my Bluetooth and it’s still not seen. Help!

Hi @Swensonea. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around and I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps tried on your own. It's odd that your new Versa isn't connecting with your iPhone 6S which is part of our compatible devices list. To work on this together, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Remove any device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Versa and plug it into the charging cradle.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose your Versa and follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue persists and you get an error message, please let me know so I can further investigate.

Keep me posted.
