For 2 weeks now my Fitbit stop working It won't pair with my iPhone Been in touch with Fitbit got told I got to wait for an update

I am very unhappy it’s been nearly 4 weeks since I been able to use my Fitbit It wasn’t a cheap Fitbit I asked for a replacement but been told that won’t help At least I might be able to pair it with my phone
