Versa Lite not keeping time or syncing

Since I’ve updated the software (38.70.7.14), I’ve had trouble with my Fitbit keeping time and remaining synced to my Apple phone. Any ideas to try?

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite is updated, and let me help you to keep it connected with your iPhone. Before anything else, do you see an error message when syncing? Have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

 

Since your post didn't mention, let's try some troubleshooting steps together:

  1. Remove your Versa Lite from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Versa Lite.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Versa Lite icon > Sync Now.
  6. Once that is done, tap on Notifications to pair your watch via Bluetooth.

 

If your watch is able to sync but the time is still incorrect, please check this help article and try the suggestions described there.
