I updated my iPhone to iOS 13.3 about 2 weeks ago, and didn’t realize that my Versa wasn’t syncing with my iPhone until now. I have read as many of the forum posts as I could, and have tried restarting my phone, restarting my Versa, updating the Fitbit app, turning off my Bluetooth, forgetting the Versa from Bluetooth. But my Versa will not sync to the app, and when I go to the Bluetooth setting on my phone, it says my Versa is connected. Bluetooth is on for my Fitbit in its personal app settings. And when I go back to the app after reinstalling, and logging in, my app says that it can’t find my device to try using WiFi. What should I do?

Hi @GracePietzsch. Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried on your own. You did a good job! Since your watch is still unable to sync correctly, let's try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app by following these other steps:
- Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
- Choose your Versa, tap on replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
I'll be around, keep me posted.
