Active Hours Not Syncing on App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the Charge 3, and iPhone 7 & everything is up to date. I have closed and reopened the app, I have turned my phone off an on. For the past several weeks I have been hitting the 250+ steps in an hour (I teach in an autism classroom, I am ALWAYS moving) but multiple times in a week I am not given credit for that hour on the app but it shows on my watch. It just happened again this morning.

Welcome on board @Moeyfaerie. It's nice to see you here and I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for keeping everything updated, as well for the troubleshooting steps tried prior posting. You did a good job! Our team has received feedback about the hourly activity not matching between a Fitbit device and the Fitbit app, and they're currently working to bring a solution as soon as possible to all our affected members. I apologize for this inconvenience as I understand how important it's to track your active hours. Be sure that your comments won't go unnoticed.

If you have any other question, let me know.
