Versa won't receive text notifications

My Versa is connected to my phone’s Bluetooth and my messages are turned on, but I don’t receive my texts notifications/vibrations on my Fitbit. This has been happening for about three weeks. (Maybe with latest update). I have an iPhone 8 Plus and my version is 13.6. Help. I miss my texts!

Thanks for the information provided and making sure to have your Versa connected via Bluetooth. I understand how you're feeling about not receiving your text notifications and let's work on this together. Please let me share that with the introduction of iOS 13, the required settings to receive notifications changed. Because your phone is updated, I'd suggest to verify the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's settings and tap on Notifications.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Messages.
  3. Add a check mark for Notifications Center under Alerts.
  4. Set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked.
