Versa stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Only shows the fit bit logo on screen. Unable to get anything to display, won’t sync, and now can’t be found at all.

I have the same unresolved problem. I would caution anyone against purchasing a Fitbit Versa in 2020. Fitbit has advised me that the source of my constant difficulties syncing my watch with my iPhone is a glitch that is known to them - they are apparently working on an update to fix it. Nothing announced yet. My Versa has not been syncing consistently, and at many times not at all, for almost a month. The worst part is, even though this deficiency is at their end, Fitbit is unprepared to replace my device. They have offered me a 25% discount to purchase another Fitbit watch, because I am out of warranty. My Fitbit Versa is now completely inoperable because I cannot sync it after trying a Factory Reset under the supervision of Fitbit Support. The life of my Fitbit Versa has been a year and seven months. That is disgraceful.
