Hi @mikelewis. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for trying to post a screenshot of the error. This sounds odd and before we can work on this together, verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version with the steps from this help article.
If that's correct, I'd recommend to try the following steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app as described here.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Check your sleep details one more time.
If the same keeps happening, let me know your phone's model and OS version. Also, please try taking another screenshot and attach it in your reply with the steps from this post.
