My two week old Verse is not syncing properly. Although I worked out 3 days out the week so far and it’s logged those workout, it still saying I only worked out once. The water logs I’m adding on either the Verse or app, aren’t syncing. What to do?

About your concern, do you mean that the exercise tile isn't updating correctly? Also, could you please take a screenshot of what is displayed in the Fitbit app? To attach a picture in your post, please check this post.
Regarding the water logs not syncing on your Versa and Fitbit app, I'd suggest to try the following steps:
1. Open the Fitbit app and sync your device.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
3. Restart your Versa and then sync it with the Fitbit app.
4. Wait at least a minute before checking your information.
