Voice Cue Volume too low

Voice cues during exercise too low even with volume set to high - new issue - it was working fine until a few days ago - other volumes on iPhone functions are fine

Welcome to our Community @PattiF! Thanks for joining us! Smiley HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner provided you with great help to move your post to the correct board. I'd like to know if you have updated your iOS App to the latest version? Also, have you tried logging out and logging back in into the app to see if it works?

Thank you. I was able to turn the slide volume on my iphone all the way down then back up and the problem went away?! How strange...

I have the same issue on Android (Galaxy 7S). Everything is up-to-date. I turned up ALL volume options (ringtone, media, notifications, and system) and voice cues did not get any louder.
