Hi, I have a charge HR that I use in conjunction with the FitBit App on my iPhone 5. I use Track Excercise when I run (it's great) and have been using the voice cues every 10 minutes - and loving this function :). However since the recent update the Voice Cues no longer work - either on time or distance setting. I checked they were still switched on - yes, checked volume was up - yes, rebooted phone and today I have deleted then reinstalled the App (using the link from this forum to make sure it's the most recent). All to no avail, still no voice cues. I'm gutted they've stopped working :(. Any advice grratefully received.

Hi @AileenQ and welcome to the Fitbit Community! As the Voice Cues are related to the volume of the speaker ("headphones" if you have some plugged in) on your phone, please tap on Preview Voice Cues and increase the volume while the preview is running. Additionally, please try logging out of the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Give it a try and keep me posted if you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hi, thanks very much for that, I didn't know the volume was separate to the volume of my phone, so when I pressed my volume control whilst previewing the voice cue it showed the volume control was right down! Not sure how it got there 😉 All working now, thanks so much 🙂 🙂
