@lilytut You only need to install the Fitbit App on your phone, then log into it with your "old" account information - no need to create new account. Do you remember your log in information from when you had your old phone?

To reset your password:
1. Go to www.fitbit.com/login.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter your email address associated to your Fitbit account and click "Submit."
You'll receive an email in your inbox with a link. After clicking the link you'll be prompted to enter a new password, then as @Kmransom123 mentioned, log in to the app and all of your previous information will be available!. ![]()
