Voice clues not on when exercising with Spotify music app

Just bought a Fitbit blaze and there's no voice clues every 1.0km when I'm exercising with the app Spotify....really frustrating as I'm needing this to keep me motivated. Iv set it up on my app IOS iPhone.please help xxx

Isn't Spotify a music player?

Since the Blaze doesn't have voice prompts, I'm not sure what is being asked.  The only thing the Blaze is able to do with Spotify is to control the player.

On the Fitbit app via my phone you go to exercise tracking and you can have voice cues (play during exercise) and it's not coming on when I reach 1km like I have set it to?? Please help

Also my Fitbit blaze (new) only 4 days old is double stepping for example it's saying I have stepped 1298 then goes to 1300 when I'm doing one step?
