fitbit not working

Recently my fit bit started losing time so I went and tried to fix it on the app. When that didn’t work I :

  1. Deleted the Fitbit iPhone app
  2. Re-download and installed the Fitbit iPhone app
  3. Open the Fitbit iPhone app
  4. Tap the Log In banner at the Fitbit iPhone app welcome screen
  5. Enter my e-mail address and password
  6. Tap the Log In banner at the "Let's get started" page
  7. After a few seconds the Fitbit app is logged in, requesting me to accept messages from Fitbit, which I accept by tapping OK
  8. I tap the Account icon at the bottom screen
  9. I tap the "+ Set Up Device" banner below my account name
  10. I tap the Charge HR selection on the Fitbit app
  11. I tap the "Set Up Your Charge HR" banner at the Awesome screen
  12. I tap "Next Step" on the "Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" screen
  13. I tap "Next Step" at the "Meet your Change HR" screen
  14. On the next screen called "Power on your Charge HR", the app is searching for my Fitbit Charge HR
  15. After searching a few seconds, the Fitbit app show "We found your Charge HR" and then changes to the "Give your wrist a rest" screen.
  16. On the "Give your wrist a rest" screen, I tap "Next Step"
  17. On the "All day & exercise heart rate" screen I tap "Next Step"
  18. On the "Keep it clean & dry" i tap "Next Step"
  19. On the "View your daily stats" screen" I tap "Next Step"
  20. On the "Seeing goal progress" I tap "Next Step"
  21. On the "You're all set!" screen it says "Finishing up..." with a spinning progress wheel that never stop spinning and the Fitbit app doesn't change screen from that on.

Fitbit posted this about the problems with the ChargeHR, read it

 

You might need to get with customer support and there is a link on that page to do that.
