Voice cues does NOT work iphone 12

Just got a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max but the voice cues on the Fitbit App not working during a run. No voice alerts on time or distance. Vocie cues still works perfectly on my old iphone. Have tried multiple things on my new phone (restarting phone, reinstalling app, making sure both are uptodate, checking volume settings, etc) and still have same problem. Anyone else having same glitch in the fitbit app with voice cues on the iPhone 12?

I’m having the same issue. Went from a 6s, cues working, to  iPhone 12. NO VOICE CUES.

Did you ever solve this? I just updated my iPhone from a 6 to a 12. Now Voice Cues don’t work on my app. Have been working with Fitbit support today, with no answers that solve the problem.
