Hi @Bruceinbouse and welcome to the Community.
I would recommend double checking your exercise settings to make sure that voice cues is configured correctly. You can do this by:
1. Opening the Fitbit App and clicking the Account button in the bottom-right hand corner.
2. Click "Exercise Tracking" under settings.
3. Make sure that "Play During Exercise" is toggled on and that the voice cues are configured to your preferred settings.
Hope this helps you out!

@robguitar @Bruceinbouse Very strange. Does logging out of the App and then logging back in help?
Also, what type of iOS device are you using and what iOS version is it running (ie iOS 9.3, iOS 8, etc)?
Lastly, can you remember the day when you first noticed that the voice cues stopped working?
Keep me posted!
Best AnswerThank you. I have not been able to get my voice cue to work for some time. What a simple solution and suprised others were not aware of it

Best AnswerI found a link here A3 Volume Adjust
Summary:
Apps/Settings/Sound/Volume. Then adjust the slider for Music-Media
Best AnswerSo if you open the FitBit app and goto Account/Settings/Excersise Tracking; is the 'Play During Excersise' choice selected? Volume level?

I do not have the option that you describe.
I have account / settings and then I get a choice of:
Goals, location, advanced....none of these sections contains the exercise tracking option that you mention.
If I go directly into the Exercise tracking module, the settings cog just shows me a list of auto recognised activities. The 'stopwatch' gives me the option to activate voice cues, which is 'on' but there is no 'play during exercise' option.
Best regards
