Walk Cue won't switch off

I have the Walk Cue on my PC in the off position, but device continues to cue while I am walking. Help please.

Hello @ChrisWill may I ask what device your referring to? 

After changing settings on Fitbit.com the user will need to sync their tracker. 

Some of the Fitbits thisd setting is on the wrist, not the app or dashboard.

Thank you for your post. I have a Charge 3. I don't see anything on the wrist where I can change the Cue setting.

Hi @ChrisWill that is why I asked which tracker. Your correct the cue settings are not on your wrist? they are for the ionic and Verses. 

Open your app andd go to your Charge 3 settings - then exercise - tap on the exercise - then turn on Cues.
