Walking maps don't sync

I have a blaze and everything syncs apart from any GPS maps, I just keep getting "not synced" how can I resolve this.

I have switched of Bluetooth forced quit app on phone and soft reset blaze but maps still not syncing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @GELS! There is currently a bug where some iOS users are getting the same "not synced" error you're seeing. Please take a look to @DerrickS's post, he will update this thread as soon as he gets more information about it.

Hi Angela, have they found a solution to not being able to see your maps with GPS connect exercises yet on the blaze? There are pages of complaints on this on this forum. I have an iPhone 6 and still cannot get my maps when I hike/bike with phone connected GPS . Thanks!

Hi @Peskilson, Since your posting from an iDevice I'll assume you alao issuing an iPhone amd habe moved your post to this thread. 

Please see the solution.  That is if this is the error you are getting.

As for the pages and pages the mostly i see a few threads with 1-2 comments. 

Ive moved the post so that the other three doesn't get hijacked.

You alsp might also want to read up on how to mention someone.

What error do you habe? Did you read @SunsetRunner's post above?
