Have not been able to pay with my versa 2 since October last year. I had to update my card details but it wouldn’t let me add a new card. I have been back and forth with Fitbit support but they’re useless. My app recently changed wallet to google pay but it doesn’t sign in. Just comes up with an unexpected error. Have since contacted support againnnnn and still nothing. Ready to buy an Apple Watch. So over Fitbit.
