Wallet tile is missing in app

Hi, I would like to configure Fitbit Wallet but Wallet tile is missing in my app. I have Special edition of Fitbit Charge 3. My version is 20001.63.5. I use iPhone SE (including cards with Apple Wallet).

Have you verified if your Charge 3 is pair? If your tracker isn't setup, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

Thanks for the information provided. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more topics relates about the Fitbit app.

 

Now about your missing tile issue, can you please provide me with a screenshot of what you are seeing? In the meantime, I recommend making sure you are following the steps in the help article: How do I set up Fitbit Pay?.

HI, I uploaded two screenshots. @AlejandraFitbit please take a look. Simply There is no "Wallet" in the list. Thanks

I looked through all steps in the help article "How do I set up FITBIT

Hi, please see the enclosed screens.

- I deleted my device from the list

- I have paired devices one more time

- I re-connected Charge

- Wallet appeared

 

Next step: to add a Credit Card and to be sure that it will work 🙂
