Are used to have a Samsung and it was not connected with Telstra and then I got my iPhone and then it was connected with Telstra and now I cannot text back on my watch and that was the easiest way to text so I want to know why it is not working any more

The Quick Reply feature does not work with iPhones. Fitbit don't give any explanation, but I suspect that Apple do not allow it. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2344.htm
